I just saw Netflix’ Resident Evil series just got axed after 1 season.
I didn’t think it was an amazing show but it was a decent enough watch.
I’m still mad over the cancellation of Terra Nova. Sure it was abit teeny, but hey - Dinosaurs 
The Mist is another one that showed a lot of promise, I enjoyed the first season at-least.

I feel like the Resident Evil show was a victim of mismanaged expectations.
People went in expecting a show all about surviving a world filled with zombies and got a family drama show instead.
I think people were expecting ‘Resident Evil’ in the narrative sense, and not another Andersonite reimagining.
Still, the hole in my side from Firefly is still open and weeping…
Quantum Leap, Sliders, MacGuyver, Knight Rider…
I could go on for hours, but those are the top ones off my head.

Sliders went downhill fast once John Rhys-Davies left.
Always had a soft spot for Farscape.
It did. But the show had a great idea, they just started going really wild with it. That’s part of the reason he left though.
Freaks and Geeks was a fantastic show. Only lasted 1 season, but every episode was just so good.

I could go on for a while. Those just the shows that got canceled when they still had more they wanted to tell. I do not mind shows ending if they were at the end of their story.
I could also list quite a few anime I am irked ended when it did. 
Edit: Technically not canceled yet, but not renewed either is The Sandman. It’s on Netflix, so while I am hoping for more, I am not optimistic.
