There needs to be BOTH Horde and Alliance running it together to work, at least to the point that both factions kill the first boss on the beach. My friend ran an Alliance character while I ran Horde, then we switched and we were able to complete it both times. There was a moment of lag/delay when we reached Tirion, but then it ran smoothly.

06/22 and still bugged although I found a workaround. If you are Horde and thereās no alliance player on the scenario, you need to kill atleats one of the mobs from the other side. How? As soon as you reach the shoreline go to the river that divides both sides and with a range spell hit the closest mob you can and theyāll go to you but be careful not to go to near the other side as you will get teleported back to Thrall. After you kill the mob just sit and wait to see if the alliance npcs fight the lord commander on their side, if that happens then keep it going normally (just let your npcs kill all the mobs). If the allianceās side Commander doesnāt land and get killed, you will get bugged at stage 7.

6/27 and still bugged
Lord. It is still bugged. I am running this because the quest to start the hunter artifact line is bugged and thought this might help. I just want to get the darn legion hunter pet taming ability. Spent 20 HOURS trying to get around bugs and it has been such a waste of time. So disappointing.
Iām in the same place - I was looking at this page when it said someone replied just now even. I made a ticket because this is keeping me from legion content, how is this not fixed?

Iām stuck in the same place as well, bug is still active. Canāt get past āfind Tirionā.
It appears to be fixed now, as of 10.2.7. I have been able to complete the scenario and get past the āfind Tirionā stage on two characters. This also fixed the Dalaran hearthstone for me.
