The Battered Hilt quest is bugged. I have to turn my quest into an NPC which is not there. I have watched numerous videos, check wowhead, Logged out and back in, reloaded ui, etc and the NPC just isnt there. Id like to be able to turn the quest in to get my Tmog sword.

I’m having the same issue and the NPC is no where to be found. I put in a ticket and I only got drop quest and restart it…
Issue still unresolved. The NPC that you are told to bring the Battered Hilt to at Quel’Delar’s rest is not there.
You’ll need to wait until the pre-patch events are over, unless Bliz creates a workaround.
