The Bastion of Twilight Raid (Sinestra) Solo help

So i’ve soloed all the way to the last boss as level 103 but everytime i fight Sinestra I get one shotted by her at the beginning at phase 2. I’m starting to think this thing is bugged. Can someone give me advise? I’ve googled and youtubed but the information/videos are out dated.

This is how the in encounter goes:

  1. I dps her down to 30%. Once shes down i run to the NPC in the back before he creates the bubble. Once he creates the bubble i wait for Sinestra to shoot her purple beam and for the bubble to go away. Once the bubble goes away, i try to run to Sinestra but I get one shotted before i can scream leroyy jenkins. So frustrating.

Please advise.

They “adjusted” the tuning and mechanics on a lot of these old raids to make it harder for lower level alts to solo them. I doubt they did much if any testing. Your options, unfortunately, are to level up or bring in a friend to help you.

isnt that the one you have to destory the 2 eggs on each side?

Destroy both the eggs when the shield is down.
I recommend dotting the first one and move on to attack the other, you only have one try at it.

Yeah, I’d just put in a couple hours to level to 110, and then go do the old raid.

with time walking queues and the xp buff - you could get to 110 in an hr or so unless the pug dps is really low.
