Open two instances of WoW (I have 8 accounts). Open warband bank on one account then can’t open on the other.
It’s not a bug, it’s how the system is built. It works just like pet collections. You can’t mess with pets on the second account.
If I open on one account and then close it. I still can’t on the other. Sometimes it persists and I can’t see on second account even after closing WoW client for first account. Think this one is a bug.

This is still a problem. Yet again, blizz devs showing they don’t actually play their own game, or try to think about real case scenarios during design.
Blizz, you’re more than happy to sell people multiple copies of wow and charge them for multiple subs. You’ve nerfed casual/non-exploitative mutli-boxing into the ground. Either make it so a sub means one character active in a Bnet account at a time (so we can access characters on various accounts with a single sub), or fix issues like this.
