The Azure Span Advance Tour - had 4/6 completed, ran the 5th multiple times on advanced and was not getting completion credit. Abandoned the race quest itself and attempted again and no credit. Abandonded the overall quest and collected again which reset progress to 0/6 completed, attempted the 1st advanced race and same issue - no credit for completing.
