There’s a credible theory floating around saying that Azeroth is flat because the horizon does not curve.
The credibility starts to fall apart though when you think of the Jailer fight. Azeroth was most certainly not flat there.
We also saw Azeroth from Argus.
So it sounds like the theory is busted.
But from another thread, we also know black holes distort our views the closer we get to the event horizon, compressing the wide-open flat universe behind us into a circular view. So the theory goes that Argus is close to a black hole and distorted the view of Azeroth, and so is the Sepulcher.
Ok, cool but weird.
So, once and for all - is Azeroth round or is it flat, and why?

How can this theory be credible if we are shown in several places that planets are round? (Ulduar, Sky Boxes, etc.)

Azeroth clearly doesn’t actually exist. All the islands and continents are actually just different planets or planes of existence.
This is why you need fancy teleportation magic built into boats and zeppelins to get there.
Obviously flat. It just looked spherical from Argus/Zereth Mortis due to the lensing effect of the magics present.
If Azeroth was round, how would it stay on the turtle’s back?
