I am concerned that dual spec will be the reward for exalted. Then you will be able to buy tokens for alts for a steep price.

Yea they Scammed everyone with that Rep. Just a waste of gold 10-50g to complete some of them and you get nothing. What a SCAM.
yet people are going to find it “good enough” and keep playing an empty phase.
This faction was one of the new additions with greatest potential to SoD. In fact, I wish they had added more reputation factions specifically for sod.
