I’m level 80, I’ve completed the war campaign, I have all three footholds. I’ve done the quests to unlock Mechagon, Naz, N’zoth invasions. Flynn isn’t by the expedition table, I’ve not received the quest " The Azerite Advantage" which introduces the island expeditions.
Flynn is in the harbormaster’s office, is not offering any quests.
What am I supposed to do?
