I made the trek myself to the gates since the event was actually the only reason I wanted to play SoD
I walked right through the gates and up to the instance portal for AQ40
There will not be an AQ war event
Did you attempt to enter the portal?
When you do that three conditions are listed and all must be met:
You are the correct level.
You are in a raid group.
The gates must be open.
I do find it entertaining. “I went to check on content that won’t be doable for a while, saw it isn’t active immediately. TO THE FORUMS WITH NEGATIVE FEEDBACK ABOUT HOW MY DESIRE TO PLAY SOD WAS CRUSHED!!!”

Try to enter it on Classic.era without a raid group, you’ll get the same message

It’s 100% believeable that this guy corpse ran from Gads to the AQ instance.
That’s only like a solid hour of corpse runs not including the 30-40 minutes to get there.

I’m an RPPVP server and i’ve been defending the border between two zones every weekday(It’s how I unwind after work) for the last week and a half for 2-4 hours a day.
