Imo my only complaint is that to do average to good dps in M+ as a holy you have to sacrifice your Holy Power for dps output, no other healer is that way in a sense due to our holy power mechanic
Can’t they make SoTr cost 0 holy power? Ive seen resto sham do 350k+ dps while healing the same, bur for holy pugging m+ is difficult, and to stay at a consistent DPS when the group doesn’t dodge aoe or interrupt. We can’t use eternal flame because it is used to dps.

IMO I think they should just rework Holy, possibly via talents, to utilize Beacon of Light for priority healing, and just give all of the DPS abilities a splash effect of also doing healing, with the BoL getting 100% healing, and others getting 33-50% healing.
Then group content would look more like DPS, except for big mechanics, which would require direct healing instead of splash healing.

Consecration damage could also be buffed by about 1000%. After the patch this will not have to be down to heal. I think this could be brought in line to healing rain.

Started messing around on my monk and was very pleased how smooth healing and dpsing felt together in that class. I think the dmg from SoTR should be way bigger considering the cost. Hpal is feeling very clunky compared to most of the other healers I’ve dabbled with so far.

And Healing rain is doing 80% of sham dmg… Why do we have to be miserable? We already have so many thing to think to dps/heal at a high level with holy
Yeah but have you tried it…it is the worst feeling gameplay ever in m+. Respect to shammies that can do it without going nuts.
Healing rain is now totem instant cast 30s duration , 30s cd…that u can even move around
