The Amphitheater of Anguish: Magnatuar! he runs down and while running to the center just despawns
Yep, he’s been bugged like that for ages. The only way to get him is to start attacking as soon as he gets to the bottom of the stairs and hope you get a hit in as soon as he is attackable.
