The alliance is losing

from cata on the alliance has been losing every where. the horde push futher into dark shore, south shore is plaque bombed and taken over by the forsaken. gilneas home land is taken over by the forsaken. theramore got nuked, horde takes over more of arathi highlands, entire ashara zone taken over by the goblins.

mop, tons of alliance zones devestated by the horde, we “arrest” garrosh and dont retake anything we have lost. the trolls get their island back but the gnomes fail to get theirs back.

bfa, entire night elf city completely destroyed, darkshore occupied by the horde.

so what has the alliance done in return? we destroyed camp turaho in the barrens and setup a little fort. we attacked lorderon and did nothing but get a ton of our troops killed.

this does not include any warcraft history when stormwind was destroyed, and iron forge was taken over.

Unfortunately the game is by Horde, for Horde. It gets most of their attention and development, and I wouldn’t expect the current developers to ever try and take a more balanced approach. They’re much more likely to quadruple down on bad decisions. I mean these are the same people deleting portals and whacking the water strider with a newspaper instead of making the game better.

In the coming patch, the Horde is in chase of something, being directed by Sylvanas. The latest Dev showcase (stated during it) that the Horde were using what they had left, to chase this thing/person/place. While being chased down by three Alliance fleets. At which point, everyone gets dragged under and into Naj.

It is pretty much a fact that, at this point, the Alliance is very much winning. Still strong and the only thing we have left is a tiny fleet that is chasing whatever it is. Unless Sylvanas pulls out a miracle in Naj- The horde is pretty much decimated. Aka blizzard out right admitted that Alliance have been winning and Horde are down to almost nothing, in terms of forces (Horde is losing).

Still not happy though, huh? Not a bit surprised.

Killed a faction leader, destroyed the majority of the Zandalari navy, and therefore secured sea superiority (which was the entire point of recruiting the Zandalari and the Kul’tirans in the first place). Sylvanas also lost her last gambit vs Jaina as of 8.1.5 (Derrick), and there’s currently infighting among Horde faction leaders (Baine arrested, Saurfang exiled, and the remaining Darkspear, Blood Elf, Nightborne, Highmountain leaders, as well as champions such as Vivian, Rexxar and Valtrois planning on how to best revolt against Sylvanas without sacrificing their people in the process).

Meanwhile, the Alliance remains united, Darkshore and the Arathi Highlands are no longer Horde territory (highly contested), and the Kul’tirans are the strongest they’ve ever been.

And yet somehow, “the Alliance is losing”? What more do you want before you finally concede that the Horde has been losing ground ever since Teldrassil? Nothing we’ve done in the Horde war campaign ever amounted to anything. If anything, us Horde delivered the Abyssal Scepter right into Dazar’alor FOR the Alliance to use against us.

Ya’ll won’t stop complaining until the entire Horde playerbase gets deleted from WoW, aren’t you?

And yes, this doesn’t include warcraft history as well, with the orcs being placed into internment camps, the undercity being raided multiple times, Orgrimmar being the site of a raid, or even the prince of the high elves and his kin being sentenced to death by an Alliance Grand Marshal for being forced to make a deal to save his own people after being abandoned by said Alliance.

You mean the game director who has played an Orc Resto shaman his entire time in WoW is biased toward the Horde? :open_mouth:

I heard that most of the early WoW team all played Horde except for Metzen and a few others.

Following Dazar’alor, both sides agree that the Alliance has all but won the war. It’s brought up in a Story I’m writing, but that’s non-canon.

Horde players, I have a wild idea.

Sneak into Dalaran and steal the focusing iris and mana bomb Stormwind.

They’d never suspect you’d do it a second time.

Edit, wait it’s at the bottom of the Great Sea. Perfect. Now they would NEVER see that coming.

I distinctly remember Mathis saying the war is won in 3 weeks.

And Sylvanas and Talanji admitting having suffered a major blow at the lost of The Zandalari fleet, which was the entire focus of The Hordes campaign on Zandalar.

So no… we’re not losing, we’re actually at the finish line of winning, but this is a two faction game, so i’m sure Sylvanas will plot armor her way to a stalemate somehow.

Yes…me and my Army of Vulpera Death Knights totally haven’t already taken steps to prevent that from happening…

…why…why Vulpera

Because the Horde wanted the Vulpera. Now not only have they all but lost the War…they’ve lost their chance at Cute, Cuddly Fox People as an Allied Race!

You absolute mad lad, now they will ALL come for us!

Alliance isn’t winning unless the entire horde is locked up in internment camps.

You literally cannot satisfy this type of alliance zealot.

Good.

FOR THE 10CHAR!

For someone referencing Warcraft lore you’re already making false assumptions. The Horde from WC1/WC2 != The Horde of WC3/WoW. Atop that, Ironforge was never taken over by the Horde; the dwarves held their own and the Horde of old was forced to camp outside the mountain.

Yesssss. I’m counting on it.

The Armies of the Horde will come for me. And within my fortress, they will face all the Terrible Creatures I have wrought. The Boundless Power that I have MASTERED. And one by one, they will fall at my feet. Any who would rise against my new Alliance will be impaled upon the roots of Teldrassil!

We need to talk about your people skills.

Oh boy, not another “Alliance is Losing” thread.
