The "Algari Weaverline" fiasco

I’ve my Aqirite Fisherfriend 590. My skill at 300.
Today I completed the 200 threads. 100 Algari Seekerthread + 100 Algari Anglerthread.
Eat my angler food.
40 minutes at Azj-Kahet fishing no pools, open water:

  • 60 Nibbling Minnow
  • 1 Queen’s Lurefish
  • 4 Regal Dottyback
  • 1 Kaheti Slum Shark
  • 12 Crystalline Sturgeon
  • 4 greys

If I had known it was to fish for Nibblings Minnow I wouldn’t have made the effort.

Also: Now when I fish “Blood on the water” banks I get 50% sharks, because Kaheti Slum Shark is a green item and Cursed Fish or Sanguine Dogfish are blue items. Plus perception, plus blue items.
Fix this please, i went to AH and buyed a 550 fishrod.
I think that with the initial stick that the instructor sells I would have done better, and it would have cost me 1 cent and 0 hours.

Honestly, you nailed it on the head. No benefit for maxing out fishing or the weaverline. Fishing needs a major change. I wish they could make it so that only certain pools are visible once you have a certain skill level.

  • Let me see hidden schools of fish;
  • May the expensive fish be the fish with a blue name;
  • Give me multiple fishing seriously, not 2 sharks every 100 attempts
    I affirm with the knowledge of experience that the algari weaverline is just an achievement.
    Get the achievement whenever, and keep fishing with the green named rod 564.
    I think you can see that my disappointment was enormous. I really like fishing in the game.
    And no, not even by mistake, put the algari weaverline in your alts.
    As long as the most expensive fish have green name, green fishing rod.
    I don’t want more Cursed Ghoulfish because “the name is blue” and “you have much perception”. No, thanks.
