On the quest “The Accuser” in Shadowlands: You are supposed to be given an ability called “Door of Shadows” that will allow you to teleport through a door.
Door of Shadows never shows up as a useable ability, which means I cannot progress the quest.
Things tried: Abandoning and restarting quest, disabling all addons, leaving party, relogging, /reloading, leaving the zone via hearthstone and returning.
Same here … trying to get to the Maw zone and have to complete SL campaign … this is now stopping me … can a Blue Poster please investigate and get it fixed please?
Soulshape is also not begin given. Guess they destroyed the code for the extra sahdowlands abilities.
I’m having an issue with the Soulshape ability as well. There definitely seems to be a problem with the extra abilities. I just wish a GM would offer something other than reloading the UI.
same issue here, i have submitted a ticket on the issue and i am still waiting on a resolution.
Also bugged, received a response of “Please submit this as a bug”… and no help to actually move forward in the quest. Very frustrated by this, as the option to choose Threads of Fate was presented to me and I did not understand the options at the time, and I mistakenly chose the quest route instead of skipping and being able to go to The Maw.

Got a new response from a GM today acknowledging that the quest (Soulshape/Infusing the Wildseed) is broken. They thanked me for submitting all my info into a bug report so now on their end it changes from a GM trying to help a player to the team internally working together to solve a bug.
Not a resolution, but a step in the right direction.
thats funny they said that, because i was told that there is no confirmation despite all these accuser threads, that the quest in question is broken. It seems that there is no consistency whatsoever with GMs and how they handle these issues.
Second reply to my ticket was AI I believe, still no resolution. Please at least acknowledge that it’s broken blizzard.
Hi all. I was having an issue with this quest (and with getting the Door of Shadows ability), tried relogging, abandon/retake etc. Then I just tried walking away and back a few times. Eventually the Accuser dropped a mirror on my companion, taught me the ability and I jumped through. So I suggest trying to walk back a forth a few times.

When did you experience this? I can get her to drop the mirror, then I speak to her, she puts me in a choke hold, then walks away without teaching me the ability.
I figured it out, eat the plant go inside by backing up into the door with the accuser, abandon the quest and accept it again from inside, walk close to the door to activate the mirror animation, wait until the accuser asks you to speak with her and eat the plant again and reverse out. It finally worked for me.

this worked for me. I WALKED down the hill, killed a couple mobs, then back up and the story line continued and i got the phase ability, thank you for posting this
