I feel that not having a short window to cast while moving just adds to the problems that Holy Priest has in end game content.
Adding casting while moving to a pre-existing skill like Apotheosis would be a nice addition to help its toolkit.
Agreed, it always irked me that Apotheosis doesn’t offer a healing bonus or castable heals while moving. The cd reduction to holy words isn’t enough in my opinion.
Adding a move-while-casting ability to the base priest tree would be such a huge boon to the class as a whole. Baking that into phantasm would feel nice, and doesn’t seem all that far-fetched when hover exists.

I’m usually not a fan of casting while moving but having it on demand tied to Fade/Phantasm would be pretty sick.
I got spoiled by hover while working on my prevoker. Having an ability like that on such a short CD feels great.
