The 66% increase to health and damage scaling has made timewalking a slog

The enjoyment I used to have in doing timewalking was severely hampered by the decision to make it scale with my level up to 80.

The enjoyment I used to have in doing timewalking has been completely destroyed with the 66% increase to health and damage scaling. It is an absolute slog to run now. It takes forever for very little reward and leveling is genuinely a slog now compared to other methods because of it.

Is it the healer that can’t keep up, is it taking to long to down trash and bosses? I’ve found timewalking this time around refreshing instead of mindlessly barreling through content to be done 6 minutes later.

It’s the absolute opposite. The scaling has made time walking a s-show because of level 10s, 20s, 30s, and 40s. The lower level you are the more OP you are. How is this better? Rewarding a lvl 10 player over a max-level player in a dungeon who is working on quests, gear, etc.

Give lower level players below say 40 their own bracket to play with 10-40s or something that fixes the imbalance. Because putting a lvl 10 tank in a timewalking dungeon is worse than it was before the scaling change with an over geared tank. Now they truly are invincible. They take 1% damage and 1 shot mobs it’s ridiculous.

With the weird scaling, TW feels faster than ever before if you have some low level toons in your party. I was leveling a hunter to 20 to be able to turn on warmode to farm Breezebiter and hitting 2 buttons I was top dps in the party. Pretty funny but at least it made leveling faster.

I don’t agree that TW dungeons are a slog. Most are done in 10ish minutes- even the TBC ones with a bunch of trash.

rofl. I get thanked every time I fury tank on my level 12. its 5 min, you get a free run. leave group and find plebs on the next one for a 30 min dung
