Bring it down a tier. Heroic raid, +15s, etc achieves and make it BOA.

Kind of wild to give this after doing the content they no longer need it for. Make it a reward for the middle tier KSM/heroic so incentivizes you to do the higher mythic/hero tier. This just makes no sense whatsoever.

Because you need the 0.4% power boost over 15s…
Here’s why the PvE requirements are in line:
15s drop 265 conduits
heroic raid drops 265 conduits
Mythic raid drops 278 conduits
Blizzard has been moving in the direction of 20s being equivalent to mid to late tier mythic bosses.

It’s a heroic raid and a plus 15 both are pretty irrelevant and anyone can doo them.
What’s the issue with it?
Seems like the issue people have with it is that you have to put work into getting them now.

The performance gain is unnoticeable.
I really don’t get why people freak out over conduit item level.
Then they better start giving us mid to late tier mythic boss gear too then

If that’s so then what’s wrong with the conduit being at a lower level?
Considering mid tier bosses drop the same as early tier bosses, wish granted.
And sure, give a few slots of 284 gear for doing 25s.
This is a problem that is easily fixed by gold.
this is really what they should have done.
get all 20s? upgrade to max conduits
get all 15s? upgrade to one rank below max.
get all 10s? upgrade to one rank below 15s

Don’t see any downside to putting them on the Enlightened vendor.
Someone wants to grind 3k io to unlock them all? Let them.
Someone wants to do world quests in ZM and unlock them slowly? Let them.
What was the problem exactly?
Would you rather have M+ be able to give you Mythic raid loot from end of dungeon, or be infinitely farmable? They are pretty clear that we can’t have both.
That’s kind of what they have done. Except you get the conduits as a drop from the dungeon, not a “do 20 dungeons then buy this item from a vendor”
I just want weapons from the great vault of a +20 run to be max ilvl and I would be happy
