I am no slave to base 10. Base 12 is far superior. Even base 8 would be as good as what we have now or better, it’s a perfect cube which means it’s easy to understand the new 100 (=current 64) as a multiple of 2 (easier to convert to binary). 100 is not more special to me than 144 or 64 or even 16777216. Although it is more special to me than 383. Gross prime that doesn’t seem like one and looks like the 8 didn’t get the memo.
