Is the base # of players that the 0.1% is calculated off of anyone who has played 1 round of SS? Or is there a minimum to be counted towards the base. Is it 1500? X amount of rounds played? Anyone know?
All I know about the 0.1% is there is alot of real cash money changing hands.
It’s true WoW, especially PvP is so unbelievably popular. People are paying 1000s of dollars for boosts. It needs to be stopped. What’s the plan Jiz?
The plan is we all fight back, by doing the right thing when you see boosting / win trading going on during Solo Shuffle games, and click report it. That way Blizzard can do their job easier if we help them. And Blizzard is watching everything, they will fix the Queue system in time. Solo Shuffle is only getting better from here on.
All trolling aside, does anyone know the answer to this? Maybe a blue can respond…(LOL)
Lmao I played ss all the way up to 3k and didnt run into one booster. Stop filling the forums with this non sense.
3v3 is calculated off everyone 1000cr +
it’s prob safe to assume it’s going to be the same for shuffle unless they tell us otherwise
ok ty, i dont like assuming though so if anyone has a reference or if a could blue could maybe reply that would be tight
nobody on this planet that isn’t with blizzard has an answer to this but a lot of people are asking
we probably won’t get an answer before the season ends so if you want a marker to set for yourself get top 5 on your specs ladder and you’ll be safe by traditional standards
or get top 12 and pray they count everyone
would be sick tho
I heard they have to be elite. So those 2 1800 guardian druids won’t get rank one. But I heard that a while ago and I’m not sure of the source so take how you may. It would be nice if a blue could clarify it.
Where?
i heard you had to get legend to be eligible for crimson legend
which stood out to me specifically because you don’t have to get 2400 glad to be eligible for r1 (an eu dk earned sinful r1 without finishing his 50 wins above 2400 for glad)
i don’t remember where at all but i remember hearing it also from a few people who aren’t idiots after i heard it myself so it’s been driving me crazy that i cant remember hwere
Yeah that’s what I meant. I’ve been trying to find it but can’t so idk if it true or not now. I think it makes more sense that way cuz otherwise many tank specs are gonna have a rank 1 with sub 2k rating.
Pretty sure it works the same way as 3v3. I think there is a minimum amount of games a player has to play to factor in to the .1%. I may be wrong though.
yea we need an official response on this. doubt it will come but i shall bump regardless
This might be an unpopular opinion but I think they should tweak the numbers a bit to compensate for R1 spots occupied by the same player.
Look at Unholy DK for example. I think Petkick to himself is occupying 4 spots. There is also Vigarst and Partywaffles occupying another 3-4 spots.
This means the top 12ish spots are actually represented by 3 players.
I mean these guys are without a doubt the best but this is clearly a monopoly.
I was just wondering about this last season in 3s. Like, if the top team cared enough they could whip up some alts and grab, say, a third of all r1 titles. Obviously that’s not realistic but in the case of shuffle you can setup alts quickly and particularly in the case of healers just kind of slam games.
I don’t think it’s unrealistic. I know people personally that did that in wrath and other expansions.
HUNTER
- Roar of Sacrifice has been removed as a PvP talent.
- Roar of Sacrifice is now a talent in the core tree as a choice node against Hunter’s Avoidance.
Also just saw this and thought of you.
there’s a lot of specs like this
i wish they’d at least for shuffle make the r1 title class-account wide and make alts not eat spots
it’s fine if people want to leapfrog for mental it’s not fine for some idiot to play kittycleave on 8 characters to say “8xr1” because he’s hoping it invalidates everyone thinking he’s mechanically bad at the game
