The ‘ ALT/ CMD ‘ key needs to be positioned directly below the ‘ C ‘ key for smooth, transitioning and locating by touch with the thumb.
Maybe even below and between the ‘ C ‘ and ‘ V ‘ key.
My thumb has no problem remembering where the alt key is at.
