Still don’t understand how it decides to spawn or not since it’s so rare. AFAIK there are trigger spots scattered through every delve and touching them has a chance to call him in, but no idea how big those spots are and if it’s possible to miss them when running a delve normally.
I could see a 2nd one firing before the first spawn has been killed and locked it out for the week, but with such outrageous rarity you’ll never see it happen again.

Oh, I was having log in issues, but they murked the other two guys I was running with.

I had one spawn while I was in the middle of fighting the boss at the end.
Killed them both.

Knowing how buggy TWW is… sounds plausible tbh. When he does invade a delve, he’ll use his summon cronies ability even though it has no effect.

They both actually spawned at the same time, while they were fighting something else.

Yesterday in a Sidestreet 11, all 4 of the Underpin groups spawned on top of the Goblin Shaman at the end of the Delve.
None of the Goblin Shaman were killed by them either. So pulling anything aggroed 4 groups of elites and 7 Goblins.

I had one spawn while I was fighting a rare and two elites.
I ran away.
last week i had one spawn in sidestreet t1, after i’d already killed last boss and brann had just unlocked loot room
used the map in a t8 later
Wow, I have never heard of that happening. I hate when he shows up in my 11s. I would absolutely hate him showing up twice.
He didn’t just show up twice. Two of him showed up at the exact same time.
