I’ve got it bad right now. I happened across this video from the modding group Lorecraft. God damn they do awesome work.
The trouble is I can never quite get the same kind of awesomeness from dwarves in game. The customisations don’t quite hit. As much as we hate reskin races, I still personally wish wildhammers had been their own thing. They could have had druids!
Of the generic fantasy races… Dwarves are one of the best.
Orcs = Dwarves > Gomnes = Trolls > Elves.
I wish they looked like this in game.
Dwarves are such a disappointment.
You live for so long, and what do you even do with it? Dig in the ground like animals and drink yourselves to oblivion like humans.
And somehow you die thinking you’ve accomplished anything at all.
Forget dwarves. Play an elf.
Maybe if you’re one of those mountain types. Wildhammers fly around, carve runes, get cool tattoos, commune with spirits. They’re the best dwarves.
Not even when presented with a box with a button inside.
