As of right now, they seem to have buffed the crap out of it, relative to what it was like before Season 1 started. Grindy mechanics-laden trash with enormous health and long walk backs, just what every solo player likes to do to relax and get the ol dopamine flowing. Yeah this is what everyone wanted.
Been soloing my 4 T8s every day all week till I run out of keys, nothingâs been too difficult yet.
Also killed Zekvir on ?, all solo.
Only things that are actually dangerous are either avoidable mechanics, or brann pulling extra friends.
No, they specifically said Delves were for solo content. It was never implied nor explicitly stated that only certain levels of it were appropriate for solo, but rather that the whole concept was an effort to offer the dungeon-esqe experience and content that had otherwise always been gated behind dungeons and raids. They simply didnât do a very good job of it, and people are rightly calling them out on it.
ive found a super easier way of getting upgrade dopamine and thats the weekly sparks quest. 593 piece of gear per week? yes please. i can even choose my pieces so i can get my tier transmog faster!

Difficulty is always going to be subjective, and some classes fare better than others, almost ridiculously so. If youâve been doing this all week and you havenât noticed the suddenly massive health pools or damage, then thatâs cool, I guess. Want to solo my T7s and T8s for me?
I donât think Blizzard was trying to give everyone what they wanted with these, I think if that is what you believe it may be important to manage your expectations. They have always been stated to be an endgame pillar for solo player and small group orientated people. Including itâs challenges and rewards. The content was always going to be challenging and that part wonât likely change. What will probably change is the nature of that challenge over iterations each season, and small balance changes to the tuning where needed to put them where they want them in terms of difficulty. At around equivilent of mythic 5, or heroic raids in terms of what type of skill and gearing consideration and even use of consumables you need to succeed.

Itâs from where I ended pre-season at 586, and by far the majority of gear Iâm wearing currently has come from those delves.
Thereâs only 1 of me, although every time you sockpuppet on a new alt, it currently resets youâre ignore list.
Mark my words: Delves will be 100% fixed and fun to play during the last patch of Season 4 at the ending of the xpac, like always they will fix the xpac problems at the last season/patch like they did with almost every xpac in Wow historyâŠ
Even Shadowlands was (kind of) fixed at the end (but it was too late)âŠ
Lets not forget their fun âfixâ that now makes it so a group loses a life as soon as someone dies. So reviving someone doesnt save a life anymore

Tier 8 and beyond delves award item level 603 gear. Thatâs above Normal raid difficulty and approaching Heroic - with that in mind, it makes sense for tier 8 and above delves to be around that same level of difficulty. If they were nerfed to be even easier than LFR then itâs just handing out gear for no effort
You deserve as high level of gear as your skill level and will to put in the effort allow
Reviving someone was never meant to save a life, thatâs pretty clear.
Delves are attempting to service solo and groups - solo canât abuse rezzes and neither should groups be allowed to. Groups wiping, having their player with a rez release and then rez every other player to save the lives is obviously not what was intended, that was cheesing the systemâs mechanics.
Groups should get more lives than solo because they have more people - but they absolutely should not be able to ignore core mechanics.
I just did the Spiral Weave with a 5 man and nobody died and it was extremely easy.

Thatâs just bringing group delves back in line with how the rest of the gameâs group content works.
Playing in a group no longer bypasses the standard penalty for dying, which is good.

Yeah, they need to revert it back to how it was before the âhotfixâ this week. Zekvir is impossible solo / duo with 590 gear. Tier 8s feel like a damn slog and not fun at all, required at least a healer to deal with the insane damage.
its unplayable for all but a few classes with lots of invulnerability, but also not tanks.
So Ret Pallyâs and a few others do well, everyone else gets crushed.
Zekvir solo is just donât get hit by any of the frontals, kill the eggs before they hatch, and effectively utilize brannâs HP pots to heal through the debuff (if you canât immune it with freedom or a similar effect)
