4 a week if you’re lazy and only do the caches.
You get free ones from rep, shards doing the visions and world quests, and randomly as you’re going along from various content.
I’ve had 14 keys this week. I have 5 in my inventory and could go get 2 more with the Radiant echos I have just in my bags.
But continue not understanding the system because you’re too lazy to do anything but the bare minimum.
thats wrong i have 100 keys anyone can say that and its not true…
4 from the last 2 weeks, 4 from the rep caches, and 2 from the visions. 14. And I have 6 echoes in my bag. Each echo is worth about 25 key shards, and the shards drop from world quests.
I can run probably a total of 18 by the end of the week by the pace of actually doing extra.
i did every world quest every daily full loremaster every zone ran every dungon heroic and mythic 0 keys!!! explain!!!
You were literally just explained how lol. Do bountiful delves to get the echoes which refund essentially 1/4 of a key per completed run.
On top of having 4 or 5 world quests that gave key shards. And I’m at rank 13-15 with every single rep, which has given at least 1 key a piece.
Using your keys and failing the content doesn’t give you the echo. So you’d be missing a ton of shards and echoes if you slammed your face into content you weren’t ready for.

Then you’re missing something or obfuscating somewhere.
All of the world quest rewards are equal for all players. Rep should be enough to have the keys as rewards if you’re doing them every day, as world quests are given every day at 8 AM PST now.
Rep rewards are set rewards on the account.
The echoes are guaranteed at completion of a bountiful.
The gear is also guaranteed.
And extra Early Access keys were deleted upon release of the xpac to prevent people from getting ahead.
So, you’re missing something in there. But the avenues are clearly lined. You absolutely can run at MINIMUM 5 a week.
