I have made numerous reports on a player for safe spotting in Warsong Gulch at the 10-19 bracket. When the flag is returned he will refuse to cap to drag the match on for both factions, he reported for afk he will drop down get in combat and jump back up behind an invisible wall. Many players in the community have reported this issue aswell, why have we not gotten a response for this matter

Most of the GMs might care… but how many are left since Activision laid 'em all off? Same reason they don’t bother putting more than a token effort into stopping RMT.
This never happened.
February 2019. ~800 employees. Disproportionately from areas like customer service and community management. They did another round this year, although smaller.
You’ll note I say Activision with this criticism, not Blizzard. The distinction is nearly moot these days, but I retain a shred of loyalty to the Blizzard of the past.
Zero CS employees were laid off from Blizzard during the February 2019 layoffs.

i’d like to see a system for priority reporting so if someone gets multiple reports they get the fastest investigation. or maybe a forum for recording and reporting botters and cheaters on the game on the forums. attach a video and send it to the forums but that would require moderation. a lot of moderation.
Seeing people tunnel underground to steal a black lotus or Rich Thorium vein in front of you is always fun

Can you do something about the bots NOW? You’ve had more than enough time and they’ve ruined enough already. Fix your bloody game’s infestation before they completely take over like they did in diablo 2.

I know of a specific bot on my server that I know I’m not the only one who reported it. I report it every time I see it and so does several other people. It’s single handedly driving down the herb market on my server. It continues to log in and mindlessly herb for hours at a time. I wish blizzard would ban it already. It’s unfair for those of us who out the time in.

Please can you tell me how are you actively dealing with bots?
Northern Barrens is infested of them, I’ve reported some and got a response about some actions taken but that doesn’t stop them at all. It’s sad and frustrating to see how they farm NPCs 24/7 and gain levels without any effort at all from a person controlling them.

Hi! Can you please take a look at Burning Steppes on Kirtonis. There is an Alliance rogue that uses approximately 16 accounts to spot and pick black lotus.
