If your raid dies during phase 1, and Fuegen is pulled back near the door by people trying to die where they could be rezzed, he never leashes back to his platform. He stood in the doorway and engaged our raid on runback, and people throughout the instance were killed by the tesla coil.

This is still bugged in WotLK. We had to disband raid. Nothing fixed it, not even suggested posts to wipe/reset/come back later.
