Not sure how to describe this or how to begin to diagnose the problem.
In certain zones (I notice it most often in Razorwind Shores and the K’aresh Oasis) the ground textures will “pulse” between high and low resolution.
It happens every few seconds While the game is the focus window. Textures maintain high resolution when I click off to a second window/monitor.
This does not seem to effect character/object textures. Exceptions are some placed decor objects like the platforms and beams. But not stuff like benches and cabinets.
