Some letters are oddly bold, some have an odd squiggle above or next to it. Some letters are too close or too far from eachother. They are minor differences and it usually is fixed by restarting my computer. It’s been happening for years now and i’m simply tired of it. Happens with different GPU too.

I am not sure what to say about that; never seen this problem before myself, and I’ve never seen it reported before.
I could suggest a Full UI reset to see if maybe a font file got borked:
If that doesn’t do anything, maybe change the font? Change the point size? If the game itself doesn’t give you enough options or anything desirable, you might try one and/or both of the following. Running them both allows you complete control of text in any chat box and text on tooltips.

Looks like either your resolution is not set the same as what your monitor supports, or the scaling has been adjusted.
