Icyveins used to be notorious for giving bad information back in the day. There used to be some classes that were all written by a singular person, and they probably did play each of them to some extent. But playing all specs across about four or five classes and keeping up thorough guides amongst them leaves a lot of error to be found.

And all I’m saying is just because someone plays a class doesn’t mean they necessarily have the best knowledge to spread about them.

That’s why I prefer to test out gear on the target dummies myself. The issue is that in order to do so, you have to pay so much gold.
