Ya, like I was saying instead of trying to rebalance the entire game to their new additions they should be balancing their new additions to the game.
They’ve not been very successful at balancing their own additions so they DEFINITELY should not by trying to rebalance the whole game.
10-15% seems reasonable. But I did AB just now and nobody could kill each other at the initial blacksmith skirmish. I used shamanistic rage 4 times that one fight. I could keep myself up against 3 people with just my riptide…and I am elemental. Lava Bursts reduced from 1700 to 700 rofl. Literally no reason not to go full resto and kill 20 people with melee as I heal myself with way of earth on. 
Haven’t had a chance to play yet. But I suspect it’s worse than phase 1.
Because phase 1 had a known and established starting balance pt Vanilla (even if it wasn’t balanced completely)

We can kill something 1v1 every 5 minutes, unless it’s A priest or a lock or a shaman or a Druid or a mage or a prot anything. Rogues we can kill. Sometimes. Maybe every 5 minutes. Probably once an hour.

On my shadow priest I can’t kill anything anymore. I know the damage needed some tuning, but I feel like its over 50% reduction at least. I’m almost harmless.
Is it possible they forgot to include DoT damage in there? Seems I’m still getting ticked for a lot.

my dots keep randomly getting it turned on and off. so sometimes itll hit full damage. sometimes itll hit like 100. Same with other dots.
