Accepted test run quest in Undermine, used the portal, didnt finish the quest, returned to Undermine again (Hearth), tried to use the portal again, couldnt, tried deleting the quest and accepting it again to use the portal, quest says use the portal but cant use the portal now or finish the quest to unlock it.

same issue for me keep using the portal and just wont turn in the quest tried accepting and then deleting the quest same loop for me
Same issue. Cannot pick up or complete the quest, none of the respective NPCs will provide the quest or completion to it. Unable to get into Undermine other than with the Engineering wormhole. Quest is bugged.
Any update on this? I am completely unable to pick up this quest at all. It’s totally unavailable.
On a boosted character I can not see the quest, when running the completion check command from Wowhead it says it’s completed, yet I am unable to interact with or use the portal

As an update - It seems likely this is specific to boosted characters.
The only way I was able to work around this was to level a second character to 80, without a boost, unlocked Undermine through the quest chain again, and only on this second character did the “Test Run” quest actually show up, and is now unlocked for my warband.
