SV hunter main here. Mained sv since the melee switch in legion and have loved every minute of it.
It was disappointing to see that blizz plans to remove the talent terms of engagement in midnight. It has been a staple of the spec through every single iteration thus far. I love this talent and will surely miss its inclusion in our toolkit.
Please reconsider!
Sooo… terms of engagement specs are being combined with Harpoon then? Right? Hope they don’t nerf the spec into the ground like this for no reason…
This wouldn’t “nerf the spec into the ground” and quite honestly as much as I like the talent it’s pretty safe to say that mobility in this game needs to be nerfed across the board.
If that is part of it I’m fine with it, if other specs aren’t justifiably losing some mobility as well though then we rage!
I wouldnt care as much about the cdr for a baseline version as much as I would for the harpoon reset
its just a nice qol to have in m+ and even in the open world

But there was a blue post at some point in the past week or so that just mentioned Harpoon and listed it as having a 30sec cd. No additional functionality baked in.
No, if the devs don’t do something to make the mobility of survival something like we have now, it’ll be unplayable garbage. Harpoon is our main gap closer, it at least needs to CD reset. Nerf the mobility on the other specs, Sv is fine on mobility now.
