Temporary Ban keeps getting extended

I had a 2 day ban four days ago with error code BLZ51900053. I know I broke ToS I get it. I won’t do it again, but after the 2 days were up, the ban was renewed another 2 days. I waited a day thinking maybe it was some bug, and opened a ticket. That was roughly 20 hours ago and no response yet, but now that my 2nd “extended” ban period is over, on the day that I resubbed mind you, I try to log in and the temporary suspension has now refreshed itself, and now is for 3 more days with no e-mail notifications. Please help Blizzard

The extension of the suspension is a known bug. You will need to submit a ticket and expressly tell them that you are under the effects of this bug.

A few people have reported that cancelling your subscription and putting it back on has cleared up this issue. Might be something worth considering trying.
