Temporal Spellthread increases intellect by 177 and mana by 3%(was 5) now after the patch apparently.
However, any leggings I had with temporal spellthread equipped before the patch still display 5% mana increase. This is a 13k mana difference that will hurt any reroll or newer player wanting to play a healer
