We have been trying to do Temple of Sethraliss now all week and the event where you have to put the Gems in the snake eyes to access the last boss are not appearing. We have tried resetting the dungeon many times.

Would just like to bump this as I’m on a 7th Legion rep grind and can’t do the dungeon for the current world quest because of this bug. Would be nice to see it added to the known issues for the patch. Also reported elsewhere on WoWhead.

bump please fix this. I have been encountering this bug too.
Same thing happened to me on three seperate solo run attempts on three different characters. The eyes never spawn.

The last time the orbs spawned for me on Mythic was the last lockout prior to patch 10.0.0 being released.  I had been trying to obtain the achievement “Snake Eyes”, but ever since the patch every lockout has always been the same outcome – no orbs are spawned.  Not only does this make it impossible to try for the achievement, it also renders the dungeon itself unable to be completed.
This is frustrating.  The orbs’ spawning was always problematic even when Battle for Azeroth was current (just watch some old MDI videos for spectacular embarrassment), and still plagues to this day as the Dragonflight expansion is just around the corner.

3rd week in a row, still bugged for me as well. Can’t complete the dungeon at all - not for the WQ that’s up right now or the achievements in here (Snakes Eyes).
