You are the only one trolling here. The facts were presented to you and you donāt like them. So now you attack players on the forums. The game is better without Templates and if you canāt handle that unsub. (You are in the minority here) If this game isnāt for you why do you keep playing? Just an honest question? There are other PvP games that offer a template like system or you just log in and PvP. World of Warcraft isnāt that type of game though THANKFULLY! WoW is about attaining powerful loot to PvP with.
The minority is always the loudest. Good riddance to the worst system ever implemented into PvP.

Son I have achieved Gladiator twice in expansions that took more skill than the ones youāve played in. Work on getting Duelist first before you call people Challengers and insult their skill level.
Youāve yet to even achieve anything remotely noteworthy in PvP. Iāve done my dues.

I played legion and I rather have templates back then this. Wow fighting 2 mythic raiders in a 2s game (Dh Rsham) and kid got his first 2400 achiv he dr every stun and miss every kick but it didnt matter his 12/12 mythic gear made him win. And there rdruid was back pedaling in circles.
And Abomb is a troll kid is saying TBC BEST PVP like its so funny. He never played xpacs like mop ses 15 to know what good pvp was.
They cater to lucky players and those who spend a lot of time grinding random drops.
Legion PvP was very playable. It was definitely more playable than what we have now in BFA.
You didnāt even play most of Legion and BFA.

Yes because of templates
Not for people who love MMORPGs which is the majority of the playerbase. With that said 8.3 BFA PvP is pretty fun because there are some cool builds and items out there.
I actually even had a fun time last night Heroic Raiding in a 30 Tank TD group. Fun cool items is the reason we log in. Overall at least the rest of BFA will be fun.
Templates = Uninstall because itās unplayable.

I just donāt see why we canāt have the best of both worlds. For open world PvP and random bgs everything goes. Bring your gear , your toys, trinkets , OP items and have at it. Meanwhile in arena disable most of it.
I enjoy all areas of this game myself. Really like the feeling of improving my character via all avenues and becoming more powerful. This really allows you to overcome class limitations. Basically as a warrior in order to beat someone 1on1 you need to really outgear them and have a massive stat and corruption advantage.
However this simply has no place in an instanced competitive match where you are trying for rating. Losing to players who should not beat you simply because of rng gear corruptions, massive stat advantages, and godly trinkets has no place in competitive scene.
Example: My healer was blown up from stealth opener with two bike trinkets and some random corruption proc. He was so frustrated he quit before the match was even over.
Lets support each other instead of arguing and see if we canāt get both goals.
I also just donāt see why we canāt have TBC/Wrath type of PvP where most of the BiS gear is PvP and there are some cool PvE items/sets to make some really fun builds. We donāt need scaling or templates, we just need the old expansions back.
I really donāt mind doing PvE or Raiding for 1-2 items for PvP. Itās fun to get together and do it every so often. I do mind doing PvE and Raiding every week for all my PvP items. That is the main problem with BFA.

Legion did well among the PvE player base and they really found it was amazing after the lack of content in WoD. No denying that, I couldnāt get past the templates so couldnāt tell ya how PvE was.
The problem was those PvE players then wanted to PvP and nothing mattered. No stats or gear and it gave you this horrific stat template that no one wanted. Then the PvP player base couldnāt make or stat their characters how they normally would.
So after a big backlash about Templates they decided to come up with a new system. Ion then said Templates were a mistake in an interview and we heard the complaints loud and clear! That templates do indeed remove the core design of WoW and the RPG aspect of the game. Ionās words not mine!
So they implemented scaling to satisfy the Template crowd and made it where gear and stats still matter. Now we are all caught up on historyā¦ No they will never add in such a failed system that was hated by the majority of the player base again. The Devs moved on we have scaling nowā¦ I donā t like scaling either as it isnāt transparent but itās better than templates and playable.
Noā¦Noā¦No!!! Donāt thank me! Thank the people buying Tokens for gold to buy Gushing corruption gear and mounts. Since I no longer pay for my sub and use gold because I sell Expedition Xmogs and Quest and have more than enough gold
