I think that most of the shadowlands pvpers are not thah good, they need their max upgraded gear for winning vs low geared players and they hate the idea of balancing ilvl. Also, classes that use versatility as primary and bis Stat have an advantage on the ground. Remove the gear advantage PVP should be 100% skill or let us upgrade the gear to max without the rating wall.
