you know this is true when you see a new list of hotfixes every single day
on topic, they could have at least added “does not apply to pvp” at the end of the note.
i don’t understand how the guy writing these notes is not ashamed. if i were in his shoes, i’d have at least asked before posting "yo dev friend, do these apply to pvp, can you confirm pls?’

At least they fixed it within a day, my opinion of Blizzard is so low at this point that I was expecting them to leave it for weeks.
It was a bug and it was fixed the changes do apply in pvp now. You can go and try it by yourself…
To be fair, I don’t think the communication is the problem here, rather it is testing and quality control.
The Holy nerf/reversal being another prime example.
I won’t fault them for correcting course but they were about to “correct” the initial mistake with another one.
They ran out of time and it is painfully obvious that the first casualty of this are the PVP community.
Admittedly, DF was probably suppose to be a 24 month expac and was cut down to 21.
