Is this the actual spell effect for tempest or just a stand in? Its a really cool tree and spell thematically, with a long cast time for something that you barely notice happening at all.

Something like DKs exterminate in deathbringer is 10/10 while tempest is -5/10.
The sound effect is 7/10 tho
Right? They should let us throw tornadoes at people instead.
Give it aDoT component, repurpose the balance Druid spell Fury of Elune and reskin it to 3-5 tornadoes that follow the target.
We have a lot of lightning representation for the air element, but barely any wind abilities.
A tempest is a strong wind. Not a zap of lightning.

im really hoping it’s just a stand in because it is painfully underwhelming lol. all of mountain thane warriors lightning spells look better than tempest which is crazy to me

No one is saying ur suggestion is bad so chill, i like tornado.
However i dont think we have a lot of lightning representation because the only lightning spell we cast is lightningbolt(chainlightning, the same thing)
