I’m wondering if there is an interaction between the circuit ability ‘Tempest barrier’ and the Mark of Triune legendary ability
Ie the barrier created while blinking (tempest barrier from the circuit abilities)

no there is not
No, there isn’t. Tempest Barrier is its own separate buff that is not related to any of the Mage shields. Most of the time you’re not even going to notice it because it has no visual (indie company couldn’t give it one) and the absorb amount is so small the buff disappears in one hit. It’s not really a good defensive conduit but then again none of them are that great.
