Anyone here use this Add On? For some reason, I checked the timer box and the timer number doesn’t show. Only the timer “sweep” animation. This is on all my characters.

Hey there - make sure you have Show Numbers checked in the WoW Interface panel.
Main Menu - Interface - ActionBars - Show Numbers for Cooldowns.
I have used TMW for years, works like a champ.

bah I just tried that. The box was alreadsy checked. I tried unchecking and checking and still no luck.
You need to install the omnicc addon to get text with tellmewhen.
I am pretty sure TellMeWhen used to have timer texts. The options even have a box to check for timers.
Not arguing with you, but… I do not, and have never had, OmniCC. In fact, I do not even know what that addon does. Yet, TMW works fine for me. I see the text and the sweeper on all of my icons. I have used it for many years with no problem.
The only thing else I can say to the OP is to make sure you have both TellMeWhen and TellMeWhen Options checked in your addons. If that does not work then I don’t know what else to tell you.
I have a timer box and a timer number box next to it. There are two boxes to check, not one. I usually also check the “allow GCD” box to show me the GCD when applicable.
Also, you don’t need omniCC to use it. I don’t have omnicc and it works fine.

Same here - both boxes and the GCD checked. No problems at all.
