Teleported out of TW raid before I could loot the boss

I just did my TW raid, and it took me like 30 minutes to find a skip. When I did, I was teleported out of the dungeon to Dalaran mid fight on the final boss. I was also completely stuck and unable to move until I hearthed. By then the raid killed the boss and I was saved to the instance. I wasn’t able to loot the quest item to complete the weekly. I also finally got into a second skip group and the chest was unlootable for me.

What in the world? What can I do about this? Blizzard literally wont let me submit a ticket for this issue and I cant post in the support forums.

I did. From what I gather, the post doesn’t mail forgotten quest items.

Could you try abandoning the quest, accepting it again, and then try looting the quest item from the boss again?
