Teleported back to hearthstone location when DC during mythic+

I was doing a +6 de other side with a group when my internet went down for a couple of seconds. When I’d logged back, expecting to be at least inside the dungeon, I’ve realized that I was ported to my hearthstone location (in my case: Revendreth covenant sanctum).

I was forced to go back by flying all the way back to the dungeon in Ardena, which almost cost me the m+ key time.

I think it is not reasonable to be teleported back to hearthstone when a player’s connection went down during an active dg (mythic or not).

How do you expect Blizzard to know why you DC’d? Players in the past who wanted to get a different dungeon would even go so far as to unplug their modem/router to get out of having to do the one they got drawn for.

I do not expect you to answer me this question, as I believe you are not a technical specialist. If someone does what you said in bad faith, that’s not my concern, and should not be the concern of any player who plays the game by the rules.

The matter of the fact is that I was teleported back to my hearthstone during a m+ just because my internet went down for some seconds, while it could be remedy by just teleporting the player back to the dg start (near the summoning stone or something) or not teleporting at all.
