Using scroll instead takes me to Zidormi. Going to mapped quest location is in Silithus but it is a pile of rocks and no Jaina or access to Heart of Azeroth. Have abandoned quest 4x and logged out. Upon login, quest is provided anew and the process is repeated.
This is not account issue, it is character issue. I have been able to properly use scroll and complete the quest chain on two other characters on same realm (1 before this issue was noted, one after issue was noted).
I cannot move forward on that campaign or do the ‘remembered’ bits and boss due to broken teleportation scroll. PLEASE HELP
Are you in the correct timeline of the zone, with the sword?
I use the scroll, from Valdraken, just like I have on the other characters. It takes me to Zidormi. This is my most advanced character, the quest was provided, I don’t understand what else I’m supposed to do.
Is there a skyscraper sized sword in the zone of Silithus? If there isn’t, talk to Zidormi and ask her to take you to the present.

That… was so dumb. How was I not in the right timeline to begin with?? wtf did I do that was different from my other characters? Oh well, this is now resolved and I appreciate your assistance as well as apologize for my lack of thinking two-steps farther than my present location.
Interesting, though.
Dropping a player in front of Zidormi if they have Silithus phased wrong is a brilliant design decison. It’s both a clue that you’re in the wrong timeline, and the ability to fix that problem, neatly packaged up and right in front of you.
I have to say that whichever designer chose that earned their pay. Good job pushing back at my cynicism about the development team.
