Did a tier 2 delve today and the chests in the treasure room dropped gray crap and no sparks.
Is there like any point in going to a delve if they no longer reward anything ?
Was this a bountiful? If not, you won’t get much.
Spur of the moment, friend and I walked in to a delve. There is nothing like killing an hour for useless crap.
It’s like Blizzard doesn’t understand that players want to feel rewarded for their time, but instead, we get an unrewarding slog that leaves us questioning why we even bothered. This game can be a real piece of crap when it comes to valuing our playtime. It’s time for a serious change!

There needs to be some kind of balance between getting too much max level gear and getting no rewards at all.
Delves in general go from 0 to 100.
You get bad experience and bad gear if any while leveling and at max level in literally anything that isn’t Bountiful + Coffer Key.
Then you start doing T8s with keys and get M+6 gear for something you can sit around and wait on CDs every pull to trivialize.
I feel like they could address this like they did arenas in the past, just limit how many times you can use cooldowns at or above a certain cooldown time, Not something I’d like as I don’t like the idea of having to think of holding onto my cooldowns when I can blow them to make things go just a little faster, but if they wanted to fix that issue your mentioning they could do that.
How did a tier 2 Delve take you an hour? O.o
And you’re only guaranteed gear from Bountifuls as far as I know. Cosmetics and regular pieces are RNG.

because it was the delve you need to kill all the Kobolds to get the door open , and it takes time , cause there are flaming candles between mobs that burn you down.
Item 1, Item 2 , we take our time in dungeons to look around, we don’t speed through them like crazy idiots.
What iLVL are you, 150 or something? A tier 2 delve at 600 iLVL could be done just simply walking up to the boss, yelling at them and watching loot fall out of them like a pinata.

Or beating on a boss for a half hour to get absolute Buptkis, nothing, zero rewards.
Why should I do it for nothing?
I did not go on this character, I was on a 74 hunter and it would have been fine if I got a 540 peice of green crap armor or something in the box, but I did not even get shroedingers cat, I got absolutely nothing.
It was very disappointing and that is the feeling we both walked away with after an hour of play.
What are you doing exactly, sitting the boss down for a cup of tea?

I don’t speed through either. The only time it takes me that long is if I’m in there for RP.
But if you’re not doing Bountifuls, you aren’t getting an infinite source of gear. It’s just going to be RNG.
Because they probably drank too much booze and are using their nose to push the keys on the keyboard.
Well they did say they are playing a hunter, face rolling is appropriate.
But seriously, I fail to believe there is a single person in this game who is taking an hour in a delve genuinely, it’s just not possible, your Brann at level 1 should be killing enemies fast enough to not ever take this long.
lol you can finish a level 2 delve on a holy healer just spamming the aoe blast and finish in still less than half hour.

Also if you’re not doing a bountiful… why are you expecting serious gear? You might get greens but they aren’t guaranteed
I went in at 72, looked in every nook and cranny, found every treasure, tried to get into or on top of places I probably shouldn’t have, meandered aimlessly… and still finished in 20 minutes.

Ok , you can spin it however you like, we took too long. My complaint is we got garbage.
I am not doing content for garbage anymore.
I will play less and buy less items and generally look for something more enjoyable as that is the reality this situation creates.
If ya’ll want to spam about our play speed that is fine with me, but that is not the point i am trying to make here.
The Delve was unfun and unrewarding. So i guess that is victory for game devlopement , pats on the back all around.
…have you tried reading WoWhead? Joining a Discord? Just, in general, doing ANYTHING to actually figure out how the game works?
Delves have issues for sure. Namely, the fact that their rewards barely scale at all for non-worthless people who push the bare minimum of M+ or raids. But, when you’re complaining about a pre-80 tier 2 delve, then maybe go play Candy Crush instead lol.
