That would be pointless, no? Why would you add mobs if it let you skip others.
I have no problem with Teeming.
It’s Explosive and Volcanic I hate.

Becuase it makes those packs harder to deal with.
At the very least the teeming packs should be worth regular percent so you get rewarded for playing them.
Teeming is such a bad and unbalanced affix it’s so bad
And come Shadowlands when your AoE is limited to 5-8 mobs…

Yea I might not even play in shadowlands cuz of that change unless there is a class that feels really really good to play.

I used to always get Lower Karazhan: Teeming, explosive, fortified
early on it was literally impossible in the +15 range to time, because the trash in lower kara is like 300 individual dudes and they all hit hard and then all spawn 10 explosives, it was a nightmare.

So now it’s teeming last time it was tyranical, maybe you will get soon the concept that affixes are a bad thing and that they should just design more dungeons.
Some of them can be fun, personally I actually like Raging and Quaking. Then again I’m not a caster so that’s probably why. I just hate the ones that add so much unnecessary bs like Bolstering and Bursting. I just want to AoE why can’t I just kill things?

They can add mobs and bosses with those mechanics, having affixes is making everything more of the same.
Think if it like taking the time to make the best pizza with the best ingredients, making different kind of them. But at the end you just add pineaple on all of them. That’s how I feel about affixes.
Teeming is great.
It’s such a mild affix. Just pull it all and cleave.
Does anyone have any advice how to deal with the large teeming/fortified pack before priestess in AD?

Keep kicks on the auger
if you have a fire mage, combust it, or hero it if not (both may be overkill, depends on the group)
soothes on the juggernauts

Bursting is one of my favorite affixes as a healer.
It’s extremely easy to deal with, but makes me work hard and push myself to see how many stacks I can do
