Wolves have pointed ears so I do to. I was not based off of a elf I was based off of a wolf.
But it was a wolf that was made by elves.

The actual animal, the wolf, was NOT made by elves, and worgen are based off of wolves. You are right saying worgen can be elves, but that is only in their elf form. Not all worgen have elven forms, I have pointed ears because I am based off the wolf, which has pointed ears.
