Technical Problem : BLZ51901016

Did anyone else experience this issue, tried doing everything that blizzard suggested + flushed DNS cache and still won’t connect? is this a part of the problem that blizzard is currently having? any help or advice would be greatly appreciated <3

Constantly getting the BLZ1901016 and WOW51900319 errors and nothing has worked, despite what Blizzard has said.

Yup, started up yesterday, all day. Now today. Blizz cs on twitter is saying they are still ‘investigating’ authentication servers and login failures and still haven’t fixed it so maybe this is tied with it.

im really hoping thats the case too because if its not, i’m pretty much stuck lol. did everything that was suggested and still no results.

Let’s hope they fix it, I only have 11 days left on sub and can’t make up the gold I need if I wanted to resub XD.

I’ve seen lots of people have issues the past few days especially. Hope this gets resolved soon :frowning:

created this post hoping that a dev would swoop in and rescue the day with reassurances because if not, then i can actively find out whats wrong on my side to play this game.

I am having the same issues done all that I can do. I guess I will have to wait or until it gets much worse and blizz fixes.

apparently the ddos attack is over but i still can’t log on after redoing all the suggestions. anyone know what could be the problem? would really appreciate the help

I’ve been having disconnection issues since the server refresh on Tues. It only became extreme the past 2 days. If there’s more going on than just the DDOS. My battle.net updated with the refresh so I wonder if the DDOS in concert with the update are causing issues. Did any of you get an update on the last server refresh?

Hey guys, so as I was told that the DDos Attack didn’t have any problem to do with my thing. I continued scouring the forums to find one post that mentioned how it solved his/her problem. Please try this. it worked for me!

The steps they gave that allowed me and other users according to the forums post to connect again is as follow

  1. Reset modem/router
  2. Command Prompt (Administrator)
  3. ipconfig/release
  4. ipconfig/renew
  5. ipconfig/flushdns
  6. netsh int ip reset
  7. netsh winsock reset
  8. restart computer

The above steps in those order allowed me to connect again without problems.

No luck for me, I’m also suffering from an authentication issue that says on their site that there must be a Blizzard-side issue. Not able to play for 3 days now. Rip.

Same here and Blizzard is saying nothing about it even though the forums are full of users with similar issues.

Seems only through twitter sadly, and that they are still ‘investigating’. Going onto 3rd day. Soon 4th. Real shame this is happening.

What do the numbers mean? I receive the later of the two.
