Is there a forum category where I can ask questions and get responses from the dev team in 2024?

I have some technical questions about Blizzard’s backup policies.

If I bring up the guild bank deleted items bug in any forum, I only get trolls and Blizz white knights. Where can I go to ask serious questions to the Blizzard developers? Or is that not possible?
